In 2022, S&C created a new role within our Talent Acquisition function dedicated to strategic community outreach. This investment of time and resources in community recruitment is grounded in S&C’s commitment to supporting the communities in which we operate and our dedication to advancing the diversity of our workforce. We’ve conducted more than 130 community outreach events since May 2022, resulting in the hiring of 75 team members. As we continue these efforts in 2023, we look forward to welcoming more members of our local communities to the S&C team.
