  • Cooper VFI Vacuum Fault Interrupters, and
  • Joslyn VBM Vacuum Switches

And — with S&C’s Universal Interface Module — IntelliTEAM II interoperability extends to a wide array of new and existing DNP-compatible intelligent electronic devices applied with conventional reclosers and switching devices of other manufacture, including:

S&C’s IntelliRupter PulseCloser is a breakthrough in overhead distribution system protection. This unique alternative to conventional reclosers can be readily integrated into an IntelliTEAM II Automatic Restoration System. IntelliRupter includes a control group comprised of a hookstick-removable protection and control module and a communication module mounted in the base.

The Universal Interface Module enables substation breakers to operate as part of the IntelliTEAM II Automatic Restoration System. Interfaced with the microprocessor relay associated with the breaker, the Universal Interface Module provides full team-member logic and communication capabilities.
