Distribution Prong

The Distribution Prong is a conventional tool dimensioned to ANSI standards, suitable for operation of overhead distribution cutouts and disconnects. It’s not recommended for use with station type disconnects or power fuses other than S&C Type SMD-20 and SMD-50 Power Fuses.

The Distribution Prong is especially handy for carrying on utility line trucks because it can be used on any universal pole. There’s no need to carry a conventional hookstick.
